Yeah, i've been down with minor chicken pox. :-( Ikr, very wrong timing. I'm going to miss my common test from school. How sad.... Been having fever for 2 days already too, ever since the first blister appeared. Feeling so depressed! MC for 2 weeks. I'm worried about not being able to catch up in school. And #ugliestmomentinlife is when you get pox. Can't stop ranting. Sigh.

I miss school so much. Always wanted more time spent with my bed, but now i can't wait to get out of it! So sick that i spent more than half a day dating with my super king sized bed, wrapping with two blankies. Thanks to the wonderful friend who collects all my homeworks for me! I miss all of youuuuuuuu. Sigh.

Anyway, it's valentines today. Va-len-tines or perhaps just a normal tuesday. How was your day? :-) Envy of those girls who walked with bouquet of roses in their hand, and another holding their love. When he stood by me no matter what situation, i started to feel i should treat him better...... Hadn't been a good girlfriend from the start, which all the while he tried to be at his best. Almost 8 months of knowing him, he never fails to make me smile no matter what. Putting aside the 5% conflicts we had..... He's still the best. I hope when i try to be better, i won't be taken for granted..... 50 years down the road, i hope we'll stay the same.

How many people you malign today, you'll get it back double.

You'll be amazed how people could deny things they had once done or said, without even having their eyes blinked. I'm proud of my friend who dare to admit of what she had said, instead of people who jolly wells only know how to raise their voice just to win. They just blab and blab and doesn't listen to anyone, just feels they themselves are so right. Who's worst, the one that admits, or the one that said so much but denied..... LAUGH OUT LOUD. I don't need anyone to look up to me, but i look down on you! Time will prove, by that time don't go crying when karma falls on you one day. I seriously can't believe i actually met someone so evil, so fake. Not just one, but two.

Don't complain about people blogging/tweeting. First, it's a personal space. Second, if you didn't do things to let people comment, why do you bother. Third, if you weren't in the wrong, why are you afraid for people to know. Lastly, people might not be referring to you, so why do you want to jump into the well yourself and insist people are referring to you? (This is really funny when it's the truth that you aren't referring to the person,but that person insisted you're saying her. Hahaha, guilty conscience.) If you want you can do it, see how many people will believe your story, or even how many people will read it ^.^ Anyway, thanks for always stalking me on my blog and twitter. More cash out for me. Hehehe.

A lesson learnt. Think twice before trusting someone who you thought you can speak to. Because an evil person could do anything just to help herself. But afterall, when you tell a lie, you gain nothing, you just lose to yourself. Only you yourself and God knows the truth.

I love to blog :-) I am a blogger, so i blog about everything and anything. People probably only heard a one sided story, so this blog is here to let people read and understand the whole situation. If you're unhappy of reading, why are you still at this website! :-)

Let's hear this story......

A class are designing a class tee for the class. Girl G suggest that we do a cohort tee for 2 classes. People suggest Girl Y design one too. Girl G told the class chairperson that if we're not choosing her design, she would want to do it for the other class only and wear the other class's tee (when she's in this class).Girl Y heard about this and told the chairperson that she don't mind if other wants to choose Girl G's design. But everyone agrees with most votes.

Next. Girl G had a talk with Girl S, which is Girl Y's good friend. Girl G started talking about Girl K and Girl J. With Girl S having some conflict with Girl K and J in the previous years, of course Girl S started saying some too. Girl G told Girl S that Girl J talk about Girl Y that J don't want to be in the class because of Y. Being Girl Y's good friend, obviously Girl S would tell Y.

Girl Y was fuming mad. Because she didn't mention a word about it. So she started tweeting angrily. The cause was, she already had some conflicts with J last year. It's like a double attack. On the other hand, Girl X said the class was not united and splited into groups, and Girl Y commented : "Well we cant possibly always stay as such a big group as a class also. I guess it makes sense to be in small several groups :-). But afterall we all love and want to be in this class. ♥ Unlike some who dont even want to be in this class which is worst!" (Some) Referring to Girl J of course. Girl J already suspected that it was referring to her but she didn't make a sound because her name wasn't mentioned. Until her name was mentioned in a conversation, it was when Girl G thought Y was referring to her all the while. Girl G said Y just want to push the blame on J, insisting Y was saying her.

However, Girl G denied she told the chairperson about the class tee, she denied about telling Girl S about what Girl J said. And she insisted Girl Y was referring to her, and said : "Y. You saying about me then say la. Don't blame J when you yourself did the same thing in the end. You say she mention your name? Show us proof..............." And, Girl G's boyfriend started claiming that Girl G didn't even communicate with the chairperson (Comments was deleted minutes after, but Y screenshot :-). After that, Girl Y met up with Girl J to sort out the matter, Girl J said she didn't even mention about anything regarding that. Y and J tried asking Girl G and boyfriend peace talk, but they rejected.

Conclusion : Girl S and chairperson is firm to admit that it was the truth of what Girl S said. But Girl G denied telling everything to Girl S and Chairperson.

So, who's in fault. Who lied? :-)

Friendship

People come and go in your life. Count, how many friends you had since you were in pre-school. How many stays till now. Perhaps we should say, count how many TRUE friends are still in your current life. I had seven . Although we seldom meet, only on special occasions, and random meet ups. They are always that close...... Almost 7 years, love 4Jply! :-)

Yes a very random topic. Secondary school life had the most messed up friendship issue ever. Fake humans everywhere. They get jealous when you score well than them, they get upset when you have more friends, they bitch about you if you're prettier, they despise you if you're ugly, people spread untrue stuffs, people can come up with lots of ridiculous story. Conclusion- no matter what, they have something to say.

Time zoomed pass. A month has almost passed. First common test is approaching in 2 weeks time. Piles of homework daily. I'm like a superwoman coping with work studies kid. Shannon's down with fever yesterday after we went visiting to dad's, thank God she's well today already. Anyway starting tuition for maths on this thursday! Heard that the teacher is quite good, yay.

On a random note, from a personal view, Singaporeans are more and more ignorant on giving up seats for the needy. It had happened around thrice when either me or my sister was out with Shannon, no one bothers to give up the seat to her, some still act that they were asleep. Some still have the cheek to ask Shannon to hold on to the hand rail instead. Please, kindness, people!

Oh yeah, went Zirca/Rebel with Sis and friends on Saturday. A wild crazy night out till 4am. Met my dearest gfs there too - Jasline, Stella, Pipi! Had funnnnn :-D

Closure of stores leaves online vendors in the lurch

The closure of The Blog Shop's stores has left a few online vendors with losses that add up to thousands of dollars each in rent, deposits, sales money and stock. At least five online vendors have been left out of pocket after the closure of The Blog Shop's three stores.
The company shut them down between October and December last year, leaving several vendors with losses of a few thousand dollars each.
The Straits Times spoke to five vendors, who say they lost about $17,100 among them. Each claimed to have lost between $2,000 and $4,600 in rent, deposits, sales money and missing stock.
The store concept was the brainchild of Mr Clarence Chew, who started his business in Haji Lane in 2009. He had the idea of opening a physical retail space where online shops, or blogshops, could display and market their wares, in this case, clothes and accessories for women.
By the following year, he had opened two more stores, at Far East Plaza and City Plaza.
The 25-year-old National University of Singapore economics graduate was also nominated for the Spirit of Enterprise 2010 awards, which honour successful entrepreneurs in Singapore.
In an interview with the awards organisers, he mentioned that his store managed to break even in less than two months.
But since October last year, he has been ignoring the calls and e-mails of his unhappy vendors. A spokesman confirmed that the police have received four reports about the matter.
The vendors said Mr Chew's stores charged an average of $750 a month for the use of a clothes rack that held up to 50 pieces of clothing.
Ms Ang Yuan Mei, the owner of apparel store Black Pockets, lodged a police report in November; she was one of the first to do so. She realised something was amiss when she went down to the Far East Plaza outlet during a stock check in mid-October and noticed people packing the items on display.
The secondary school student, who started renting space in the store in September, said she lost her deposit and four months' rent, as well as the clothes on display. In all, she is around $4,000 out of pocket, she said, adding that she has been pressing Mr Chew for her money since then, but to no avail.
Attempts by The Straits Times to contact Mr Chew were unsuccessful; his mobile phone was disconnected and he has not replied to e-mail.
His last e-mail to vendors, dated Dec20, stated that he needed more time to return the money, due to 'unforeseen financial circumstances'.
The reason for the business closure is unknown, and the shop spaces have been taken over by other tenants.
A former employee, who declined to be named, told the vendors last month to be patient while Mr Chew slowly paid them back in installments.
Some of the vendors have considered pooling their resources to hire a lawyer. But others, like Ms Sherene Hong, 23, have not yet decided on the best course of action.
'It would be better if he can give us an explanation,' said the part-owner of the Running Thread online store, which sells women's clothes.
A similar case occurred in April 2010 with another store, Best of Blogshops, whose owner disappeared while owing his vendors money.

Happy chinese new year to everyone! :-) A half-day work at Blackpockets, after that a last minute shopping for foot-wear. Happily, got 2 that i loved so much! :-D Homed, and just had a sumptuous home-cooked reunion dinner by mom.

On another note, Happy 4th to my dearest boy.

We had a worst big fight ever yesterday, over the littlest thing. I thought we were officially over. I hate dragging. I don't know why we still manage to work things out, perhaps due to his perseverance that he's sure he wanted to stay with me :-) Thanks for everything. Except your bad attitude, you're really the best.

No chinese new year feel though. I have a pile of homework undone, and school's reopening on wednesday already. Sigh.

Again, looking for girls who had issue with theblogshop, regardless you didn't receive your sales money or any deposit back. Currently THEBLOGSHOP which used to be at Far east plaza and Haji lane have both closed down. Anyone at CCK ITE have any idea if TBS is still open there? The director named CLARENCE CHEW is already missing in action. Everyone related to TBS seemed to have changed their handphone number! Glad that i manage to get in contact with some girls who were affected too. Doing an interview with Straits time tomorrow! Called some of the girls along. Hope the media could help us to solve this.

That was my first ever start-off business. Those money was my hard-earned! No matter what i'm gonna get it back! Even if it's just a dollar. (But no, it's now $3.5k!)

Well, life was piled up with 3s' : school, store, shannon... Trying to plan my time table perfectly. Just talked through mom to help me pay my tuition fees. Hehehehe.

School was great, i love my classmates. I guess without them there wouldn't be so much motivation. 2 weeks of school passed and i wasn't late for a single day! Hooray. Good start. I hope i have 48 hours a day...... Time zoom like a rocket, i've no idea why! Starting on my O'level art coursework already. Aimed to finish by march! I can't believe we need so long to complete one art piece? Last year N'level took me 7 months? No, or rather actually 1 month. Because the 6 months i actually did nothing. Opps.

Went to the doctor for my sprained wrist since last month due to blackpocket's heavy shutter! Was given 10 days excused from PE lesson. But if it doesn't get well by then, i'm going for an xray :-(

We were asked to attend the collection of results for O's 2011 students yesterday. The atmosphere was tensed. Some did perfectly well, while seeing some having tears on their face. Seeing that situation really stressed me up. Obviously it really motivates me more. I don't wanna be regretting next year when i receive my results. Planned to further my studies in Diploma-Early childhood after O's! :-) Alright, not to think too far. Should start revising now!!

It's not easy to cope between work and studies. I hope my staffs are all responsible enough not to be late for work or suddenly not attending work :-( I know it might not be their own shop so they don't really work hard for the sales. (But hopefully they do!) It's really upsetting when i heard staff just slacking away at the counter table using the phone when there's customers in the shop. Happy 2012!

Spent the first minutes of 2012 with Stella and Jasline! We went NTUC and got ourselves food to share :-) As usual we joke and laugh very unglamorously at public! Back at bb's place, enjoyed our food and alcohol, and having girls talk. :-) Can't wait to meet up with them again.

1st Jan 2012 - Headed to blackpockets welcoming our new staff, Joanna! Teach her those stuffs she have to know and we went off for brunch. Xmas - Indoor stadium for church service! Awesome. It's been years since i attended service. Power of God, the stadium was fully packed, till that extend that we waited for 2nd service. Haha. Went to Johor bahru after that for seafood dinner. Yummy.

Stayed over at dee's place, Aunty and Jolynn brought Shannon along to farmart in the noon. After that we headed to Blackpockets :-) Surprisingly, my 2 unique pieces of sequin top hung up at blackpockets selling at $58/pc was sold out within an hour! Very very happy :-D Regretted not getting more stocks for that :-( After closing the shop, went to Newton for dinner.

Merry Christmas!

Very last minute decision, flew to Bangkok with dee on the 21st and we're back today on xmas eve! :-) A 4 days 3 night stay. We spent our 3rd month there ^.^ Suggested to take their train to our hotel from the airport, enjoyed the ride! More and more daring hur, we walked from the station to where we're staying. Haha!

1st day was shopping day! :-) 2nd day, Had a sumptous meal @ S&P restaurant located in Siam to celebrate our lovely 3rd. Walked around the night market, and decided to stroll back. Not near ok! Lucky we manage to find our way back. 3rd day, our pockets are ALMOST empty! Shop for clothings for sis, mom, shannon, and dee's sis.

Weekends had been great! Thanks to all the people that came down to support Blackpockets! Felt super happy that we hit a 4-digits sales for both days :-) Extremely happy!!!!!!!!! Even those friends that just dropped by, seeing them makes me happier :-D

Anyway Shannon and I took the bus down to town today. The bus was fully packed. And guess what, a mother age around 30 with her son around 13 was sitting at the priority seat. Me and Shannon stood infront of them and they just don't bother to give up their seats! The mother still have the cheek to ask Shannon to hold onto the bar. We're even standing near the exit door, which is so dangerous. Singaporeans getting more and more inconsiderate. People sitting behind and around all amazingly fell asleep!!! People standing around me shook their head too. Shannon sadly told me "There's no more seats" :-( Come on humans!

Released of results tomorrow. Mixed feelings.............. Pray for me ^.^

My time is all packed by blackpockets stuffs and now it's done, relieved. Thanks to all the friends that came down to support during our Pre-renovation sales/opening. Now im excited for the upcoming Grandopening sales on saturday/sunday! :-) And oh yeah, results will be released on Monday. I'm sooooooo anxious and worried.

Shannon has been doing great too! She talks so much now, and she loves blackpockets as much as i do. Everytime i ask her if she wants to go to childcare or mummy's shop and she'll just answer "Mummy's shop!!!" :-) The first thing she said when she saw the newly renovated shop was "Uncle helped mummy do the shop so nice!" Haha! How sweet. She'll run around calling the maniqueen 'Monster'. Hahhhaha, my silly girl. Blackpockets is doing great with my helpful dee and of course wonderful staff! ^.^

The only thing im troubling about is where to go/what to do after getting my results. Money/Studies are both important to me. Very fickle minded. To be honest, im tired of reading those books. But i know if i work, i'll get bored of working life soon.

Hello December!
Firstly a happy 32nd month to my cheeky girl. Gave myself a day off and brought her for Doreamon show! As a kiasu mom, wanted to purchase $30 so that i can exchange a photo pass for her to snap a picture with Doreamon! Luckily, mummy just went to NTUC and spent $70 bucks :-D Happily got the FIRST photo pass from the counter. HAHAHAHHA! Feels contented seeing her so happy.

Received my Edusave bursary in the letter box and i swear i was so damn happy that i screamed at the void deck :-D Hard work paid off.

Double happiness! Received my Ted baker bag too! :-D

Shannon has been following me to the shop these few days :-) Yesterday Jessica brought peiyi down! But unfortunately Shannon just had her nap and woke up cranky. They didn't get to play :-(

Today during afternoon, dee brought Shannon to Taka for angry bird show! I bet he had a hard time taking care of her alone. Haha! Shannon came back with a stroke of red blood-like stain on her leg and it shocked me much. Guess what, it's just her ice-cream............ -.- She told me she drop her ice-cream and she bleed. HAHAHAHA! Silly girl.

First day of Pre-renovation sale for Blackpockets! Unfortunately the light was down and the whole shop looks very dim! But thanks to my helpful sis for bringing ikea bulbs so that it would be lit up a little more brighter! Well, it has been some time since i worked retail. I would like to say i love all the customers today! Everyone of them are so friendly :-) Because reno is not done, i apologize for not being able to try on the clothes :-( But still glad that sales was great! Yay. Packed more new stocks to stock up tomorrow! Do come down!!!!! ^.^ Pre-renovation sales should end in around a week or two, as we'll be doing our renovation soon after approval! :-D

After xxxxx years, i thought i'd never have a chance to attend prom night in my whole life. But........ after so much, amazingly, i attended my very once in a life time prom night today! YES I FINALLY GRADUATED FROM SECONDARY SCHOOL (or maybe i've another year to go if im able to take O's next year). Thanks for all the great friends that motivated me to attend school, thanks for those wonderful little brothers/sister that i met although they are years younger than me. I LOVE EVERYONE I'VE MET THESE 2 YEARS. Those close ones, drifted ones........... You know who you are. I still thank God for all of them :-) Because life had been great with you guys around all these while.

Previously, everyone was complaining and grudging about the location. Everyone thought it gonna be a disappointing night. But well, the place was gorgeous!

Funny much, only managed to snap the first course meal. THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS! That's why....... HAHAHA.

Spent our weekends over at Teddy's place. We went Waffle Town for light dinner with 林公公 before heading home! The waffle ice-cream there is yummy!

Purchased $168 worth of Mamil gold for Shannon as it's on promotion. Kiasu mom. Haha! Saved around $50? Just nice it gonna last her for the next 3 months till she's three and we can change to MG step 4!

Attended relative's wedding @ The chervons. Dressed Shannon with her korean costume which i bought for her recently! :-) She look very adorable in it!!!!!

From my opinion, the wedding wasn't quite successful. Usually, all guest would have stayed until the wedding has ended. But, around 8.30pm, a number of guests had already left the venue after eating! I bet it lies with the buffet part. Everyone just finishes their food and go! Very not respectful. Half of the guests already left when they are doing the toasting and photo-taking. On the other hand, the food wasn't nice. But they made the effort to customize sweets for everyone :-)

I'm looking forward to my own wedding! HAHAHAH :-D

Pampered myself with turquoise pedicure + french manicure at Far East Plaza! Pleased with the results, and it only cost me $23. Didn't manage to shop for any apparels as none caught my eye, only purchased a casual turquoise wedge from Mondo. Yeah it's obvious, turquoise is my new love colour! :-) Swensens for lunch, as usual had grill fish sambal.

Mickey Music Festival @ Marina Bay Sands

She actually rejected to allow me to take a picture of her ALONE because she insist she wants to wait for Mickey to take a picture together. Haha!

During a short interval, she nearly cried because she thought it was over! I've to tell her that Mickey went for a toilet-break and she smiled :-)

After the show, went to Java detour for a drink while waiting for dad to fetch us. Had Vanilla shake and it's damn good! Shannon saw mini-macaroons and told the cashier she wants it. Asked her if she had money and she said "I have pocket but no money" HAHA! Teddy placed a note into her mini pocket. She was so happy, passed the money and got her macaroons in exchange!

Great night spent with my little girl :-D

If you've followed my blog/twitter, i had some issues with The blogshop. In short, i've signed contract with them, but they drag payments, deduct my sales money, LOST MY ITEMS AMOUNTED UP TO $2,000. Tried to settle with him personally before making a decision to make a report. But, he's quite reluctant to refurbish my items and used that excuse that the contract stated that they would not be responsible for any lost items. It doesn't make sense that my items disappear nowhere! Hence, headed to a neighborhood police station to make the report. Overall, it's gonna be either a theft or cheating case. Either someone stole the items, or The blogshop actually sold it but took the money themselves. Very disappointed with them. Heard/seen so much negative feedback about them. So unbelievable.

Googled about the "BEST OF BLOGSHOPS" which was set up last year at Far east plaza too, they had 3 shops there! They have the same concept as The blogshop. But suddenly, best of blogshops was closed down and all the blogshops who signed the contract with them couldn't locate them! And they didn't even manage to get back all there deposit and stocks! That is so bad. I didn't know they can get so desperate..... Sigh.

(I hope i get back the deposit which he promised to pay by 15th Nov)

My cutie 'skipped' school yesterday, just feel like spending a day with her :-) During evening, we took bus to Causeway point to meet up with Teddy.

It's November! An eventful month for me / Mickey festival - Prom night - Bp opening. On the other hand, 3 more days for teddy to finish his current job. Mom went to Genting with her friends since Sunday till tonight. So i'm back to waking up early these 2 days to send Shannon to school. Yesterday was Halloween! Dressed Shannon up as boney :-)
